Since Team Up-N, which was managing the Up-North League, switched to CS:GO, we've closed / paused it for now. If there will be enough interest for a new CS:GO league, don't hesitate to write here.

We will rethink the possibility to open up a CS:GO league if there're enough votes.

Next days we will test a new anticheat for our league. It's called UCP and if testing will be successfull, we will implement it as mandatory.

This anticheat consists from client and server plugin. It prevents starting of anticheats before you even started CS:S. If cheat is loaded, it will close the game automatically. Additionally it has got a feature of making screenshots of players. After downloaded and installed it will send screenshots from players to our servers. So if there're doubts, admins can always take a look at screenshots of player.

Both, server and client plugin are working WITHOUT VAC, because UCP developers don't know how VAC will react on using of this anticheat. Client side has got a special shortcut. If you start it, CS:S will not connect to VAC servers (setting in an INI file "vac=0"), so no threat is there that you can get banned.

For the server plugin it's necessary to turn off VAC on the server. You can do it from your control panel, if you have rented server. If you have a dedicated server, you will have to add "-insecure" in the start options of your server and then restart it. Of course there's an option to turn this plugin off, if you're playing normal PCW's, so you can start VAC again and restart server again.

After testing phase we will inform you about our decision regarding this anticheat plugin.
