What does that mean? You can get all of the remaining games from the bundle even if you already have some of them in your libraries!"
This quote is from your own description of the "complete the treasures" bundle. Perhaps you could make that the truth by allowing those who own some of your games to complete a purchase transaction of the bundle.

Hello, as well as @therendil_1837 I wanted to buy the bundle ”Untold Tales Treasures - 30 for 30" but couldn't as I already owned one game. I tried deleting the game from my account and having the bundle being gifed to me but it results with an error.

Please change the type of the bundle from "Must purchase together" to "complete the set" 🙏

Is there any chance that "Untold Tales Treasures - 30 for 30" (https://store.steampowered.com/bundle/42192/) will be changed, allowing ppl who got already some title from it, to buy rest of this package to get (with discount) missing titles?

Because IMHO most ppl have at least one title from this pack (so are unable to buy rest). So this pack looks to be adressed for almost noone - at least I really doubt that new user at steam will going to buy "30 games pack" as their first purchase.
