Hello everybody, here’s our second review for today (I’ve written a lot of reviews of late lol). In this review I cover Ys Origin by Nihon Falcom!

I enjoyed this game quite a bit more than I did Ys 1+2 Chronicles+ but that’s mainly because of the combat system in Ys Origin. It’s more action oriented than it is in Ys 1+2 and a lot more fun in general. There’s 3 characters you can play as in this game as well, each with their own unique storylines, skill sets and combat styles. It’s also got some excellent and challenging boss fights as well. Just the second boss managed the defeat me about 15 times before I was finally able to best him haha, was an awesome feeling when I did beat it though.

Definitely worth checking out, even if you’re not familiar with the Ys series and it’s a great entry point to the series as well.

Good afternoon everybody, I’ve finished our latest review for Star Wars: Rebel Assault II finally.

I enjoyed this one a lot more than I did the first game. The controls were a lot more user friendly though the on rails space sequences were still a little tricky but manageable since the ship didn’t automatically drift everywhere lol.

The game has some very fun shoot out sequences with storm troopers and some very fun space missions as well. The FMV’s are also quite entertaining too.

Definitely worth checking out if you’re a fan of the Star Wars franchise like myself, it’ll take some getting used to but its lots of fun. Keep in mind that it only supports low resolutions as well so it’s not the best looking game in the world but still fun.

Hello everybody, here’s our latest review for LEGO The Lord of the Rings by TT Games and WB Games.

This game is easily one of the best in the LEGO franchise and while it’s voice acting can be noticeably low quality since it was taken straight from the movies the game is an absolute joy to play. It’s beautifully detailed, has tons and tons of unlockables, excellent combat and it’s just tons of fun to play.

If you’re a fan of the LEGO series or just a fan of The Lord of the Rings, definitely pick this game up, it’s amazing.

Hello everybody, here’s our latest gameplay video!

This time I’m playing Coded Arms for the PSP using the PPSSPP emulator.

The video showcases the Base level from within the game and I wind up dying on the 5th floor unfortunately (I should have left on the 4th floor so everything saved haha, oh well.)

I’ll also say that the PSP really sucks when it comes to first person shooter controls haha. It was one hell of a hassle getting used to the controls because you have to use the buttons to move the camera around, was a real pain. I also make quite a few mistakes because of this in the video as well. Still, I did find the game to be quite fun, just the controls were hell to get used to lol.

Hello everybody, here’s our latest gameplay video!

In this video I continue my playthrough of the first Assassin’s Creed on PC.

This part showcases the first assassination contract in the game in the city of Damascus. You’ll notice that I skipped a lot of the investigation sections and viewpoints, this is mainly because I went for 100% in the game before and I don’t really plan on doing it again, so I’ll just be focusing on the storyline instead to make the playthrough shorter. As soon as I’ve investigated enough I move right on to killing the main enemy. The video also showcases me heading to the city of Achre where I’ll conduct the second assassination contract in part 4.
