Comrades, Freinds, I am pleased to announce that I have been appointed as New Leader of the USSR by our dear former leader, Lenin, As Your New Comerade in cheif, I am glad to inform you all that the Union will be becoming more and more active.

Let the Pyro have their weapons, even new weapons will not save them from our Iron fisted revenge, as I, Dr.Martex, pledge my loyalty and faith into the Union and am hereby determined to bring about a new age.
