After a cyclone hit Alexandria, the capital of the Middle Sea Republic, the government and the upper classes have taken off with dropships and all the money they could bring along. For those less well off, it has been every man for himself to make it across the sea to Paradise City, a nearby MSR hive. Does this new city present an opportunity to start anew, or will roles stay the same?
