If you're looking for players who got the same vision than you about what a good expert realism game is like...

For you, the expert realism contains rules wich every players has to obey:

A campaign in realism expert, it's not only communication (voice or keyboard) between players, but more an exact comprehension of what others players want/are going to do (movements, shooting, want to heal you/to be healed/give you pills/receive pills etc), and the same on behalf of other players.

It's normal to heal up a player who's down because of your friendly fire, and because it's entirely your fault and he didn't just walk into your line of fire. But you don't see the point in healing up a beginner who shouldn't be wasting his team's time in expert realism.

It's always advantageous at the end of a round, to give your medkit (when your life is reasonably high), to a player who deserves it, if you are at similar skill levels.

No player is perfect.
