Trade offers should work again now

Trade offers weren't working for about a week since Steam did the big update. Luckily it was an easy fix but I had to decline all the pending offers (all 200 of them... manually... ugh). Should be good again now though.

Sorry for the down time, my computer crashed right after I left for 4 days. I'll move this over to a VPN when I can so it shouldn't happen again.

Just got the bot back online and I had to clear the friends list since it won't auto-remove after an outage.
