MatchMaking:

Mission Statement: To provide a safe haven for like-minded teamplayers to compete in MatchMaking without the hassle of dealing with randoms who don't share the same team-oriented beliefs.
How it Works: Jump in our TeamSpeak server, post an announcement (2/5 Lobby 1), and wait for other teamplayers to join you. Update announcements as needed, but DO NOT SPAM. You can find our TeamSpeak info here. [www.gametracker.com]

Note: MatchMaking has a Ranking System and we are not all the same rank. If you want to play with players of your same rank or higher then make that clear in your announcement, ex: "2/5 Lobby 2 (DMG +)". If you are looking for a more laid back MM session then also make that clear in your announcement, ex: "3/5 Lobby 1 (No rank limitations, just a good time). Remember be mature and respectful. We will not tolerate "Uber Elite I'm better than you" attitudes.
Actions not Tolerated: Hacking/cheating of any kind, non-teamplayer behavior, uber elitism, failure to follow the call/strat.

If you have identified a problem player you can do one of the following: post here [www.teamplayergaming.com], make a new discussion in the Steam Group, or contact a known admin. Be sure to provide as much information as you can. Take screenshots, get their SteamID, etc. Make it easy for us to take out the trash.

About: This is not your typical "pub" server. This is 10v10 MatchMaking style. Obviously being 10v10 it is not an identical playstyle as 5v5, but what matters is that it's team-oriented and competitive.

-Terrorists: There is always a caller on T-side. Calls are made and they must be followed by all terrorists. Any players not following the call will be punished.
-Counter-Terrorists: Communication is key. Work together to hold the bombsites.
Note: Any player caught only playing CT-side will be warned/slayed/kicked/banned.

Great games last couple of nights fellas (BT, Phantom, Storm, and Hansel). There's no substitute for great teamplayers. Lets get some good games in this weekend

I believe the TPG Teamspeak server changed fairly recently, perhaps someone can update the info? Though I think most of us probably use in-game, it'd be nice to still have updated info to keep that as an option
