Server is broken

Currently, the server is broken.
I have tried a number of times to fix it but it just won't budge.
I'll fix one thing which will break another thing, and then another and another...

I am wanting to completely reset the entire server (Map included) and give everyone a fresh start as I want to start installing the plugins one by one and extensively test them before trying to add another.

Once this is all done, we can advertise the server on the MC forums, link up the server to Lee's MC server and Garry's and finally go public (Properly public).

I want to hear your thoughts on whether or not I should go ahead and reinstall everything.

Sorry for the wait, Mojang are apparently upgrading the authentication system so I had to fiddle around a bit and fix the server.

Perms are fixed now and everything should be workign
