The year is 1100AD, and the British Isles are in an awkward state.

In the North, the Norse have betrayed their Northumbrian allies and now stand with Scotland. After the anticipated event of a Scottish victory, the Norse would be awarded the lands of the Hebrides and Mann for their "valour."

In the South, London has been relieved. The Welsh have been beaten back, but Cwen Godwinson lies dead. Meanwhile, trouble stirs on the other side of the Channel.

Only time will tell who will be victorious in this struggle, and who, in the end, will win the Game of Thrones.
