Added ESEA divisions! Please bring any errors to my attention because I am not familiar with the ESEA format! There were also minor bug fixes and improvements made.

This website will only work if many people use it, similar to TF2Center :)

So the site should now be fully usable! There are likely bugs that I have not yet found that still need to be worked out and there is some functionality I would still like to include, but it is done for the most part :)
