Okay I know we have been down this road before, but i've officially registered #takhis on irc.freenode.net and will be hanging out there full time now. The reason for this is very simple Steam is an expensive chat client to run if you are not going to play any games.

port: 7000 (Uses SSL)
Channel: #takhis (use /join #takhis)
