Refreshed Logo

Hey peeps,

I hope everyone has been healthy and doing well. A small refresh update today about the group avatar.

Having little more time on my hands right now I have been working on a new logo. The one we had previously was upscaled from old (REALLY old) assets. The new one is all fresh, clean and now live on the Steam & Discord pages (our website has the full logo as well).

With Privacy and Encryption for All

In the current time we live in, it's hard to know what services log or snoop around our communications. And that is not even taking into account external forces that wish to do the same.

Well, we will not give up our right to privacy that easily. Today we have launched three things to combat prying eyes and make connections more secure and trustworthy:

1. Encrypted voice data in TeamSpeak

Starting today* we have encrypted voice communications in all of our TeamSpeak channels, and will continue to do so as we add more.

*Technically, we enabled encryption a few weeks ago, but we wanted to test stability before making an announcement.

2. HTTPS enabled website

If you head over to TaintedOnes.org you will see that the connection is now secured. This will be even more important in the future as more website functionality is added.

3. Communication privacy and authentication

Up until now, if you ever wanted to send us a message that only we can read, the best you could do is hope that it didn't get intercepted. Likewise there was no way for us to potentially publish something while allowing others to verify it came from us (and without it being altered.)

Now, we no longer have to depend on hope or blind trust. Here is our PGP public key.[www.taintedones.org]
