Communication and You.

As stated by Brad earlier on, we need some sort of guidlines for language, both explicitly stated and anger towards each other (even if it is all due in fun).

Since we do work for a Christian university and we do interact with each other on a daily basis, we do not want to ruin our professional communication and display that we share in the helpdesk.

I, and I am sure that most of you, agree with Brad completely in this manner. While I do 'struggle' with language in a tense [gaming] environment and some of you share the same, I believe that even if 90% of us are comfortable with language, we should not make others uncomfortable.

It is hard to state rules for something as casual as this group is, not being a full-fledged official server setup. If anything, please try to keep language/rage to a minimum, unless you can completely confirm that the other person[s] will not have any issues.

If any of you want to better this, as this isn't a rule but rather a suggestion, please post a comment on how this could be improved/bettered.
