Time for a break!

Hi all,

Just a quick update regarding the servers and the current down time.

To cut a long story short work has been a hassle for me over the last couple of months. Things haven't really improved so I'm going to have to put SXG and the arma servers we hosted on a tempory break. I just don't have the time to keep the servers updated, missions working as intended whilst creating new and interesting stuff for us to do.

So, the servers will be gone for the time being. The only exception to this will be teamspeak, that will be hostsed elsewhere (some of you will remember the previous ts server) but the ts.specialxg.co.uk will still work fine.

Hopefully we'll be back up running in the comming months.

WW2 Insurgency!

Evening all,

First things first, we are now running a WW2 insurgency server! The mission is a custom version of BMR that Bosh has been putting together the last couple of weeks. There are a few small mods to download before playing though, so search for [SXG] in the Arma 3 launcher to grab them. If you're already in the unit just click on the units tab to see our servers as usual.

As of today EvilHomer has joined the team fully and is preparing a mission for a new server that will be coming soon. So watch this space.

I'm still quite busy at the moment but there some other things in the pipeline, although they are progressing slowly. Once things are sorted hopefully the speed will pick up.

As usual, post issues here. Contact Bosh, EvilHomer or myself with questions etc.
