New Pirate Translation Mod!

Ahoy all ye pirates! I have be diggin' through th' localization lately 'n translated almost everythin' to scurvy pirate speak!

Put th' "pirate" folder into "Localization" in th' Software Inc. main folder. I finished almost everythin', some parts 'o th' UI be still in Queen's shout. Heartily enjoy!
