Kicking snipers to improve quality of your TF2 matches!

Keep the server sniper population at zero by kicking your team's sniper before he attracts counter-snipers! and useless spies lol
Asking nicely rarely works.
Avoid spiteful switches - simply kick!
Monkey see - monkey do.
Friendly snipers steal your kills without truly participating in the fight, while enemy snipers demand continuous dancing like fool.
Against every other class, it can be acceptable to momentarily move in a straight line.
There is no choice but to compromise movement speed through tap-dancing whenever a sniper is merely observing.
Fewer players on team means reduced chance of auto-balance splitting your party.
These weapons are balanced, and rarely attract counter-sniping.

Q: Skill issue?
A: Forced class switch issue.

Q: What about bots?
A: We kick those too, but they don't add strange count.

Q: Are members immune?
A: No.

Q: Can you really kick legit players?
A: The voting system exists so players can kick anyone they do not wish to play with, even with "No reason given" as a valid option.

A: We achieve our goals through a purely democratic process!

Q: What ARE your goals?
A:
1. To make the current server more fun to play on, right then, right there.
2. To achieve a big strange count :D

Add these to your autoexec:

bind kp_leftarrow "callvote"
bind kp_rightarrow "callvote kick -1"

Change "kp_leftarrow"/"kp_rightarrow" to whatever key you like, such as "o", "p", etc...
Defaults: kp_leftarrow is Num4, kp_rightarrow is Num6.

Use the first one to open the kick menu instantly.
Use the 2nd one to check remaining cooldown.
Note: Seconds shown won't be accurate if the vote is already available.
