TF2 Raffle number 2 is coming and I'm glad to inform you that this it will be a pure hat raffle! Keep in mind that because this is a hat raffle we're gonna need close to a hundred people to be in our group, so invite ALL your friends to be in it! As always, this raffle is availabe to everyone in the group, and the entry fee will be 1-3 scrap (haven't worked out the details of this raffle yet)
