Did take out for a birthday dinner unfortunately and sorely disappointed. The couscous has been in the pantry too long and had that unmistakable old smell to it. The vegetables that came with it were mostly sliced onions with one piece of broccoli. Had to look for the lamb in the lamb shawarma under the peppers and onions. All in all, we were very sorry we decided to give this place a go. Never again.

In fact, you saying that they didn't serve you correctly is abilist you bigot. Either way, please provide us your credit card information and we will refund you. Alternatively, you can go to seatac.com and apply for a gold members card pre-loaded with five free first class tickets.

The remaining dishes came out and he kept on hovering over us and kept asking are you done yet. We were so mad that we asked for a to go box and got up to leave. We left within 20 minutes of arriving and eating at the restaurant. That should tell you something. I went to the owner and made a complaint and told her what had happen. She called one of her waitresses to come and they spoked in Chinese and the waitress told us that the owner said that no one told you to leave. She didn't apologize and cut me off as I was still explaining the situation. Then, she had the audacity to answer a phone call in the middle of all of this. I told her that this is the worst customer service ever and it starts with the owner. I said I will not be coming back and definitely leaving a review and walked out.

This is my first time doing a review and it's sad that it's about a bad experience. I wish I could give a zero but I have to select a star. I just got home from this place and the customer service is horrible. It's the worst I've ever encountered. The previous owners were the best but this new owner is horrible. I can't even say she's human. She's like a machine. There were four people in my party and we ordered four different dishes to share. As soon as we sat down, the waiter with the mustache brought us our menu and asked us right away what are you ordering. We didn't even have a chance to breathe to look at the menu. I told him to come back. He left then came back after exactly one minute. We were rushed to order our food. After the first dish came out, he brought me the check saying can you pay now because I get off at five. No please or you can still take your time and enjoy the food.
