You can only join by having your skills assessed by Blink.Repeat. in game to validate that you are an expert in 1 or more of the following rust engineering types:
1. Building low cost, high protection and high efficiency bases of varying sizes and group member capacity.
2. Electrical, installing all appliances effectively with high efficiency and low power cost.
3. Industrial, installing and automating all industrial update related components with maximum efficiency with least material costs and power usage.
