Throughout trading through many types of games, i have learned a few ways to identify possible scammers

1: Private profile
Try to avoid those who have private profiles because, those are most likely scammers, there is no advantages of hiding private profiles other than hiding what you have/ your steam accounts age
2:Too good to be true deals
Deals that are too good to be true are almost and possibly never ever going to happen, If someone offers you an insane offer it is most likely a scam, a way to get your hopes up, use a middleman from the group, which are the moderators
3: DO NOT TRUST PROFILE REPS, because those reps are easily obtained by normal trades in steam, before trading in this group i had stacked so many reps from trading normally in dota 2 which had nothing to do with runescape, that is why I made my own rep in the group and provided screenshots of me completing deals.
4: DO NOT TRUST Titles/Achievement from a player that is from a different group, I still remember the bastard, that owned the dota 2_trade group that has 90k members, he came here scamming so many people, I believe it took a while till I banned him, although from my other traders that ive done trades with, they complained to me before and I noticed that it was the same person, although he is banned from this group he still has ways of contacting members in here, so be aware

Hello, I am a old trader of this group and I am glad that I am still a mod, I have been awoll towards this group for a while due to some concerns irl, but everything is good now, Id like to say that I will try to be as active as possible in this group, I will try to be more active towards banning scammers(with proof) and will try to help more traders trade safely by being a middleman.
