You see there was a belgian animator known as jean paul walravens who made 4 films in his career and i'm taking a look at his 2nd film the missing link aka le chainon manquant my 3rd favorite animated film of all time and the most underatted ive seen. The story is starts a group of neanderthals during the time where man lived with dinosaurs. One of them is rejected by the people and at the same time a odd shaped eggs is rejected too which hatches a brontosaurus named igua where he meets O. Igua starts taking care of O when he gets him food the food hatches a pterodactly who has the personality of a 1940s gangster. O now tries to find man. The story is interesting, funny,and engaging. Not to spoil but the ending is pretty sad. The animation looks pretty good and looks much better than walravens previous film. The soundtrack is great with songs by leo sayer, ranging from rock to country. My personal favorite tracks would you cant make an omellete without eggs and takin the breaks off. If there was one flaw it would be the fact that some characters just appear and disspear. One interesting fact is that this has an american re dub called bc rock which has new dialogue, new music by such banfs as rick wakem and genesis, and new scenes. Ive seen some clips of it on youtube but i wish i saw it. It's not on youtube and hasnt been released on dvd only on bootlegs. I did hear that its nothing special but who knows.Overall as i said this is my 3rd favorite animated film, and i wish this was released in the us along with the bc rock dub, and the soundtrack of both dubs. I hope that happens luckily i saw it on youtube which ill give you a link.

Well i think the raimi films are campy but fun i even enjoyed the 3rd dispite how bad it was. So is the reboot any better than the raimi films or mediocre as spider man 3? The story is pretty much the same in the begining however with the lizard, peters parents, gwen stacy, etc it's a very well written story. The actors do a great job especially dennis leary. The best character i thought was the lizard he is a very cool villian and as connors himself he is well developed. Any flaws well the new peter is kinda derpy in certain parts, and i think that lizard could be featured more. Overall the amzing spider is well amazing better than the raimi films in my opinion

5. Cowboys & Aliens
Yeah the concept is stupid but i enjoyed the film the plot was interesting i liked the characters, and the action scenes were awesome

4. Red Faction Origins
yes a red faction film to be honest this was a surprise for me it was a well written story and being a video game film its one of the best.

3. Captain America
this is the best marvel film of 2011 now i didn't like thor i hated iron man 2, and i never saw x-men first class. The film is a great adaptation of the comics.

2. Transformers Dark of the moon.
i know what you are thinking "♥♥♥♥ you this film is awful" to those idiots who believe the hunger games is good clearly you wouldn't get it. shockingly this is the transformers film that is actually really good. the story is interesting, the characters are surprisingly likeable minus the humans, and the action scenes were a huge improvement. keep in mind there are problems first off i still didn't like the humans except the military, and the begining is meh but when it begins it turns into a great film.

1. Rise of the planet of the apes
to be honest i only saw the original film its good but the remake yeah it never exsisted . the acting is great the story is interesting, and well written. the best character caesar who is more human than the actual humans you start to feel sorry for him and i can't wait to see more of the series

now if your wondering why isnt hugo on the list here is my reason it is boring and harry potter well i didn't see it
