New spy sapper?

Hi dear community :)
I thought about that the spy has not really many sappers. So I thought about a new one, cause I wanna know first what you think about this sapper before I start making desining it.

Cons: -Does no damage
- Deploys sapper 10% slower

Pros: -when the sapper is deployed on a building, it will do no damage on the building but block it like every sapper does
-it will damage boost your weapons (knife+revolver) (3% more damage per second as soon as it is deployed
- maximum of 150% damage boost
- the boost it directly over after the sapper has been removed
