In for some CSS, TF2, Modern warfare 2, and Gmod filming madness? ON top of fliming and editing some funny series, and kick-ass montages, we will ocasionaly hold events for some maps that DespInc has found and wants to playtest.

If you are interested, feel free to join! You must be willing to fully participate in the filming and kick-assness of the machinimas that will follow forth. Feel free to add DespInc for questions, and who knows? You may just find your name rolling down in the credits..

Ladies and Gentlemen, as Wman's most recent post has shown, we wish to start anew, to grab hold of the potential we set out to achieve when Pure 0wnage began. And I asked, if we are starting to put some effort into making machinima, why do it in a group that is bogged down by the failures of the past? Why not start anew, new group with a new name (Come on guys, we all know 'Pure 0wnage' is lame', and without any past struggles to lower the spirits. We are truly starting over, and if you wish to become a part of brand new machinima filming group, simply add 'Desp', 'Devoid', or '[MM]Wman22' to your friends list and ask for an invite to our brand new group 'DarkWing Machinima' (or post a comment on either Desp or Devoid's steam pages, comment posting can be made without either of us on your friend's list). The reason we are adopting invite only is to gaurentee all of DWM's members are set to film some machinima! Now if you are still pessimestic considering our failures, we have made a short film to even show you that we are who we say you are! Pure Ownage Reboot

[For those who tl;dr: We are not dead, its not clear when, but we will have new content.]

Hello fellow members of P0. This group has been inactive for quite some time, But we here at P0 believe we can properly begin anew.

An event recently occured in which an event requesting everyone to join group chat resulted in only 3 people joining, devoid, desp, and myself.
It reminded me how much people have given up hope on groups being anything more than say, following someone on twitter or,
subscribing to a youtube channel, both of which require a very little amount of active participation. Well i for one want to bring
the classic significance of steam groups that is rarely seen in today's groups.

We are currently in the process of rebooting this group, and a big thanks goes out to all of you that have stayed devoted to the cause of this group enough to read this message.
Things will happen. I cannot say when, but i promise you, we are not dead. We will do our very best to right the wrongs from the past and hope to bring a better future
for this group. All we need, is to find our balance again. While we do this, Enjoy your lives as usual, just know we are in the middle of getting stuff together, namely, our planning process. With this process comes new rules to follow.

1: No pessimism. If we believe that we cannot get things done we most likely won't.

2: Everyone is responsible for one another. You help someone, he had damn well better help you.

3: No more inviting of people to this group until necessary. If we invite too many people, the group will be harder to manage.

4: We are not doing ANYTHING till we get our act together, which thankfully we are going to be getting it together.

5: We will NOT ask for voicework until we have footage to prove that we are active and working hard, not hardly working.

6: We are to never announce a release date for any of our projects, they are done when they are done. If we had release dates,
we would act clumsy and make machinima of lower quality.

7: The admins, Desp, Devoid, and I are to do a practice run doing something on our own to learn skillful tactics involved with working as a team.
The stupid thing to do would to be all "Ͼ_Ͽ HERP DERP WE ARE READY TO DO SERIOUS ♥♥♥♥ WITH NO PRACTICE AT ALL, LETS GET PEOPLE FROM THE GROUP TO HELP US WITH SOMETHING WE ARENT GONNA REALLY FINISH PROPERLY" because it can only end in disaster. ¬_¬

Anyway, that's what's going on. I am aware that many people have what's called a "Youtube attention span" so if you read up to this point you are a valuable edition to this group.
