Creation of a German Confederation to be debated

My dutiful citizens we speak of a great and world defining matter. After the dissolution of the Holy Roman Empire at the hands for the French Prussia along with several other independent german states have decided to lower un-neissisary border tentions by reduing the number of smaller states located around greater Germany. As a result the number of states will go fro 32 to 12. We must asert Prussian domination over these independent states so as to for a better Germany. It is our duty to protect our cultural bretheren! I here-by institute a reform of Prussia by the creation of a German confederation. This will be ruled by Prussia. This issue shall be debated in our Parlimentary meeting next week. As an executive action we have been declared as the "North German Confederation" at his time.

My citizens. My equals. How long has it been since we last spoke? Too long I say. Prussia the diamond that we have polished has fallen into disaray. Tis not your fault though. Tis mine. I failed you all and abandoned you. I ask for your forgivenance and for you to stand by me again. This time we shall rule. This time we shall conquor, this time we shall unite germany and be the most powerful nation in the world. Togeather we shall rebuild and be the best, the only, Germany!!
