I actually had a pretty good amout of skins which were with a good value but I lost them to betting. This is a small part of them which I lost to risky matches. http://gyazo.com/35b4cffe11f2fde7f03471c18e935856

Yeah Tertly is right. It's like lottery. All people pay a fee, one gets 95% of the money and 5% goes to the group admin. I will stream the rolling of the raffles so there's no way I can just give it to my friends. If you know a better way just let me know.

MIGHT be legit. BUT: the maker has really low value items + the way his raffles are built , this is just a quick cash grab. (For example , the USP guardian is about 1.3$. 10 slots = 1.5$.) All he needs to do is increase the fee to enter on higher value items and he'll keep staying in profit even if 9 people lose their money and one wins.
