+CS&T is a MM group dedicated to winning and advancing our rank by following some core principles:

Communication is essential to winning. This means calling out spots, telling your teammate where you are if you are in a 2v2, telling your team if you hear one footstep or a rush and passing along as much information as you can about what the enemy team is doing. It is nerdy, but it wins us matches, and we DO NOT hate for it.

Skill comes in many forms: Fragging, support, gamesense, aim, etc... Skill can mean the player that always top frags and takes the site or the player that consistently clutches. Skill can mean a b site anchor that holds it down, or just someone that delivers high impact rounds when we need them. We respect all types of skill, but it must contribute to winning the match.

Strong, natural teamwork instincts are required to be invited to this group. This can mean counter flashing, retaking a site as a team instead of rushing in, asking who needs a drop, listening to strats, buying/saving as a team and covering the bomb defuser or bomb planter. Any player invited to join this group will display teamwork in every aspect of play.
