+CS&T is a MM group dedicated to winning and advancing our rank by following some core principles:

POSITIVITY

Not talking ♥♥♥♥ to anyone, not team killing, saying good half, saying good game, being friendly and never negative. No matter what, even if the score is 15-0 and we are on an eco round, we BELIEVE it is STILL POSSIBLE TO WIN. Comebacks CAN happen, comebacks WILL happen.

COMMUNICATION

Communication is essential to winning. This means calling out spots, telling your teammate where you are if you are in a 2v2, telling your team if you hear one footstep or a rush and passing along as much information as you can about what the enemy team is doing. It is nerdy, but it wins us matches, and we DO NOT hate for it.

SKILL

Skill comes in many forms: Fragging, support, gamesense, aim, etc... Skill can mean the player that always top frags and takes the site or the player that consistently clutches. Skill can mean a b site anchor that holds it down, or just someone that delivers high impact rounds when we need them. We respect all types of skill, but it must contribute to winning the match.

TEAMWORK

Strong, natural teamwork instincts are required to be invited to this group. This can mean counter flashing, retaking a site as a team instead of rushing in, asking who needs a drop, listening to strats, buying/saving as a team and covering the bomb defuser or bomb planter. Any player invited to join this group will display teamwork in every aspect of play.

If you can see this message, then know that I think you are a talented CS:GO player.

Everyone who is in this group has been invited because at one point you displayed exceptional skill and teamwork and became a player I wanted to play with again.

Recently, my life has stabilized enough to the point where I get to enjoy csgo MM from time to time.

With that being said, if you are interested in forming up for regular MM games, going over strats, playing as a team, going over and assigning roles, and trying to win - then hit me up or comment this post.

Message me what role you want to play, what your style is, what you like to do, what weapons, anything I need to know to start building out a team.

The goal is to become a skilled 5 man premade for MM games with the explicit and ultimate goal of reaching Global Elite rank together as a team.
