We didn't expected this to happen but internet is full of crawling bots and hackers. Unfortunately due to lack of security on our new website, it got pharma hacked where hackers or bots were able to install malware links on our website which kept redirecting to a drug selling website. This was something we could have gone intro trouble with the law but we were lucky enough to realize it soon and we had to take immediate action. This opened our eyes on what else could happen so we went through everything else deeply to look out for any other threats and fix them. We were able to recognize that the recent launch event giveaways we hosted were mostly contaminated with bots and fake accounts (around 70%) and 10% tried to enter twice with different accounts. Not only this but we had to go through our very new Facebook group members and clear out almost 60% of the group members as they were bots and fake/new profiles.

THE FOLLOWING ACTIONS WERE TAKEN AFTER THIS INCIDENT:

• We had to relaunch our website by working on 40% of the website again.
  
• The giveaways are shutdown and the giveaway page is now closed.
  
• We installed high security on our website which will take care of the bots and hackers.
  
• Facebook group was also cleared out.

In conclusion, the website is safe again to use now and the giveaways will remain closed until further notice. It's not so easy to develop and handle all the work at the back-end to bring you all what you see on the front-end.
