Why did most of the rocket launchers disappear? Maybe it's the same setting?

Hello. Yesterday i got not fair ban. Admin when banned me, he is record video and write that i'm cheater. Admin gave me ban by reason of that i use Rocket launcher with endless rockets, yes its true, but nobody know how to get more rockets on Pirates Cove server. And i can explain that:

firstly you take RPG, next you shoot all 3 rockets, when rockets end, RPG replacing Crowbar, then if you choose pistol, then choose RPG again you get 100 rockets or less, then choose RPG second time, and you have RPG with 100 rockets. Its not a cheat it something of settings of that server. Anyone can do that. It works only for grenades and RPG. I never cheat, and i play on pirates cove 3 years and 6 month.

i found that loophole by accident. Please remove the ban from me. Thanks)
