This is for the CSS Pub server and the person with the highest rank that is not a member of phaSe, will get FREE limited admin for 1 month. So get in there and rack up those kills, cuz the top person at 12:00am cst on April 1st, will be the winner! NOTES: This is NOT the rank from the Psychostats page. I am going by the rank given from the Mani-Admin plugin from in-game. So to check your stats and to see whos on top, say "rank" and "top" while ingame. Kills and deaths from Bots DO NOT COUNT.
