Major Changes
Added ID Checker
Default loadout for most Reich classes
Probability of detection based on the following:
Resistance Member +1
Resistance Commander +5
Resistance Leader +10
In control of Region (known or unknown) +10
Weapons on person actively +5, per weapon
Checks can be done repeatedly by Reich officials but "new" checks (when the probability of detection is refreshed) is only done every minute, per individual. Thus, if you are checked once and not detected, you can be checked for the next minute and remain undetected. Only after a minute has passed, will a check result in the detection algorithm running.
Positive detection will result in the person being automatically wanted

Added "Purchase Personal Mercedes" as purchasable item for the Reich
Only high command can sit in this vehicle
Increased maximum panzer drivers to 2
Added POGCP Team Banning
Players can be banned from individual jobs/teams for an amount of time. If a player attempts to join that job they will be notified of why they are banned from it and until how long. The web interface is not built yet but should be within the next week, to handle removing team bans.
Added Banking Printers
When printing, also adds an amount to the Reich treasury
Updated HUD
TFA Modified - Displays weapon, rounds remaining and ammo type

Increased weapon prices for all weapons (1.5x for majority of weapons)
New tips in chat
New model for Ober, Chancellor and Gestapo
Changed check for Kommandant classes, must be either the Officer of the respective branch or coming from high command
Added KAR98K2, MG42V, FG42 to default loadouts for respective classes and ranks
Added /wiki to open the wiki
Updated /owner, will get the owner of a prop or if facing a door, will get the owner of the door
Fixed issue with dead players hearing radio voice chat still
Fixed issue with train attempting to be removed twice
Fixed issue with campaigns being submitted without a color
Fixed issue with petitions not updating to the corresponding one chosen
