Wednesday we had our first major issue with the practice.

I understand that things come up and in the end its just a game. But I might have mentioned a few times, I am very dedicated to this.
Evne tho we're "just" badges but there are leagues for those ranks aswell, and in the end for me its all about becoming better.
We have all agreed on trying this team thing out, but it might just be this once or it might be every time, but I actually put 2-3 hours
in every day to make sure I have our practices down, I have 3000 word writings of waht to say and to go through, and atleast based on today
it feels like my time concumption is a bit one sided, when 2 comes 10-15 min late, another one says he will be late but no info as to how late, the 4th says
he will come but doesnt show, and then one of you has to leave just as we started. And I just can't be bothered to put 2-3 hours every week just watching
wods of other peoples strats, etc for a team that has issues being on point for a 2h practice ones a week. I again understand that you guys do have stuff to do
and might not allways be able to come, but please make the effort to make it as easy as possible for me. If one of you say like infestus did , I cant come, but a few days ahead, like he did, i can account for that
when i make the plans, but if i come back, and see a msg that i didnt read until 5 min before practice that you will be late for practice, but no info on how long or anything
how am i supposed to fix our practice.

I will let you know that next wednesday, I expect everyone to be at practice 18.55 and be there for the full 2h duration to show that you are willing to try.

We will be going over:

Nuke Callout and smokes and ct positions, Cache ct positions and t side strats, and Inferno a holds and takes and some rotations.

I think for me this is the last straw and for Sub potentially aswell, as we're the only ones, disregarding my 5 min delay 1 day and subs 10min the other, who has been around for the full 2h every
practice so far. 2h a week is allready to little in my opinion, but people have their tasks so for now i have no issue with this but atleast be there then.
And not to sound like a ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ or anything but you need structure to follow, in businesses you get fired if you cant uphold the structure, I don't want to fire anyone, nor do i need to
but I just can't be bothered spending 2-4h working on my IGL tasks, and be met by people who doesn't show up or leaves mid practice without notice. I hope that you all can respect my opinion and thoughts
but if you feel i have been unjust, please tell me. If not you might just have to find a new IGL.
