How to connect:

1. Press F1
2. Type the following code in the console "connect 108.61.100.119:28016"
3. Dont put the " just type the letters and the numbers. Press enter

Other way is
1. Push play game
2. at the bottom there is a keyword type NUKE and hit enter
3. look for the one that has this name NUKE|3x|LEVELS|KITS|AIRDROP
