NORTHERN e.sports is a newly founded multi-gaming team by 3 co-founders who belonged to gaming world. Their goal is to be able to make a Team as they saw it friendly, family and fun. And to create a true identity and unique soul. we are more than just a Team, it's an adventure.
our players come from all horizons, diversity and difference are our strength. We value attitude rather than a good skill.

Indeed, a good mentality of friendliness, commitment and a real motivation are the main qualities sought.

Because anyone who really wants to get involved can become a Leader, but in return, a Leader who does not become involved will become a simple member again.

A Leader is not an honorific title or a mark of superiority, we see it more as a tool for managing the team. In sum, it is not necessary to be a Leader to get involved in the life of the Team, and the commitment is even strongly recommended.

The future of our team is determined by our members, because if nobody does anything, nothing will happen. If some wish to see the appearance of events or special evenings, it will be up to them to work to achieve this goal. Because the place of our members is essential in the NORTHERN adventure!

That is why we are always listening to our members and that any proposal is carefully studied.
We remain open to other games to work in multi-gaming. But this step will be viable and achievable only when we are with a sufficient workforce.

MEMBERSHIP RULES

GENERAL:
+ Must respect senior members and there decisions.
+ Any member has the right to complain in order and/or decision but with respect manner.

IN-GAMES:
+ Members must use our official tag in steam and uplay.
+ Members must Respect a direct order from senior members.
+ Avoid inappropriate decisions even you have the leadership. If the person is lagging badly, let us know.
+ No miss behaving and trash talking.
