everyone respawns at their home, cops at pd with their car
crims respawn after they get cuffed, and go in police car

RULES FOR CARS:
dont shoot out of a car
hide guns in your car as a crim cuz they arent legal (you cant have a licence)
drive on the right
dont steal cars of others
accept crims (pls rp it good)
80 kph in city,100 kph outer street, 200 kph highway
get a licence plate!
JOBS:
swat is police team but olive uniform, br15 and normal gun
border people are in braf team, wear olive top and black bottom only small gun
gold gun for police is tazer
BR-15 (only police and swat)
sniper only for swat
civillians have NO weapon
say *calls 911* to call the police or firetruck
say *calls 555* is tow truck
