Pointless group is pointless.

Here's the deal.
The founders of this police group AGREED IN CHAT that this would NOT become a "dead" group. However, this has occurred.
Not big surprise.
We can't get anything done because nobody has made an effort to actually commit. We are just a simple placeholder group.

For now.

Hopefully, we'll actually coordinate a thing soon. This should help with the "idle group" issue.

It is good day! I've finally changed the group photo to one that's slightly more fitting. So, yeah. I'll try to remember to actually start a patrol soon. Until then.
