NA Steel 4v4 team.

I've been a terrible leader. I've been ignoring trouble spots in the team, not working hard to better us, exploding at people for silly mistakes that didn't matter too much and could have been addressed in a lot more calm manner. I've been yelling at you guys in the matches for doing stuff that didn't fit perfectly to my idea for the scrim. I have rageswitched and basically thrown the match. I've been ignoring your ideas. I've just been terrible. I'm tremendously sorry, and if it has been a negative experience for you, I am going to try my best to fix it.

I'm going to try to be more level-headed during matches and scrims. I'm going to try to analyze and assess any problems after the game is over, instead of yelling and demanding them to be fixed that second. I forget that you guys are mostly new and don't really know what to do all the time. I will work 1 on 1 with each one of you wether it be going over demos or talking abouy something you did wrong in the match. I will be positive and happy when around you guys. I will try to build a very good camaraderie with you guys again. We will be a great team. I promise.

Wolfe... I'm sorry for exploding at you over stuff that you were just confused about. You are by far one if thr smartest people I know, and these new terms are definitely confusing. I'm sorry for nagging you so hard in matches and then repeating the nagging even more afterwards.

Fruit Boy... I'm sorry for leaving you in the dark most of the time when it comes to helping you improve. I need to try to help every one of you when you have problems with the game. I am also sorry for taking your soldier spot in matches when you are just underperforming. I understand that you really only want to play soldier.

Aeon... I'm sorry for neglecting you so much when it comes to analysis. I've always looked up to you as a sniper main and try to ignore your mistakes as much as possible. That is not alright, and I will try to help you as much as I can.

Rose... I'm sorry for neglecting you as a player on the team. Just let me know if you ever want to play in a match or scrim and I will let you.

Loklaeom... I'm sorry that you haven't even been able to play more than just first match. #ripjamiesgrades

All of you... Sorry for getting you guys involved in the drama between me and Lazycody (Taylor). We did not fix things since we do not get along very well, but I'm not going to bring it up anymore. Just another person that doesn't like me. I am just going to ignore him and be positive again.
