I don't combine bps but suspect that might be a mistake
Ive done a few upgrades and usually ended up with ♥♥♥♥... like wood armour..... is it a case of persisting til you get a library? Or is it futile?

Wood armour seems to come up a lot for me when I try to get blueprints by saving up my fragments and upgrading. I tend to only use the blueprint frags to reveal bps after a bp wipe when I want to get the basic stuff. Radtowns give up a lot more variety in barrels in my humble opinion.
