The Constitution

A long-ish time ago, NMCC had a government simulation, headed by a Constitution. However, it died out, because "someone" (me) decided to corrupt the government.

Anyway, after many weeks of doing absolutely nothing, the Constitution has been revised and (kinda) rewritten. We will re-begin politics once again in NMCC.

Should Contra use AO 1.8?

For those who are not informed, an unnoficial update for AO was released recently. It has 1.5 GB, though, and since it is not official, I am not sure if Contra should adopt it or not.
