I've gone ahead and issued a request to upgrade our server CPU. This will fix lag issues, as I accidentally put a usage cap.

We've successfully migrated to our new host. Ping issues and crashing should be resolved now.

We've bought a new host. This should fix the various crashing issues, and ping issues (<30 ms yay).

The IP gmod.neotekgaming.com will ALWAYS be updated with our new IP.
I will post a standard non-DNS numerical IP when we are done migrating.
