Narcissus-OTS

Thanks to everyone who made an account and played for a bit yesterday. We went from 4 players to 21 players (7 online at once at one point). It served as a good server stability test, and we fixed all bugs discovered (like depot stalls being messed up and magic level being messed up). We found it to be a little slow to get to level 20, so we also increased the EXP rate.

Lastly, we had a few crashes last night, but we've also fixed that. If you experience a crash, please do post it in the forum and we can get right onto fixing it.
