Firstly, thanks for such an awesome service.

I have an active game on GMR and I'd like to develop a wee script which periodically queries the GMR API and if the active player changes, it pushes a notification through to our Discord server using webhooks.

Before I go writing anything from scratch, has anyone else developed a PHP library for querying the GMR API?

I'm having some issues with game #11111. Sometimes, when it's a player's turn, in-game login screen is for the NEXT player. A player can revert the turn to the previous player to re-submit and this sometimes fixes the issue; the current player gets the correct in-game login. But it deosn;t always work and we sometimes need to try two or three times.

Would it be possible to have a look into this for us?

Yeah, that does sound a little confising. Surely if you did it that way, the new player wouldn't have access to update any of their GMR settings, without the original player's Steam Login details?

It would be cool if a player could say, "I want to leave this game" and GMR gives the game's admin / the option to send an invite link to another player.

Not that I've actually had the need to do this so far. It would just seem a bit sucky if we're playing in teams of two, a player wants to leave and suddenly that team suddenly has a silly AI instead of a REAL BOY. :-)

I think I read somewhere (maybe the blog post?) that there might be some kind of API under development? That would be pretty cool. Being able to hook into that to set up more robust notification options would be epic. Emails are fine, but some people aren't permanantly wired to their emails. I'd love to be able to post to Facebook or send an SMS or a push notification or something like that. Hell, even being able to send "reminder" notifications that you have an hour left to take your turn would be cool :)

Delegation is a great idea. The game I am playing just now has ten players, five teams. Each team shares their authentication token with their buddy, which allows them to take their friend's turn.

It would be cool if you could "delegate" access to somebody else, and they get to play your turn and receive notifications. A bit like vacation mode, but without AI.

Another feature which might be useful is allowing players to hand control over to another player, should they not wish to continue in a game. This could either be someone already playing the game, or another new player :-)

Does the turn counter in GMR reflect the in-game turn counter? Does GMR detect that you have taken, say, ten turns "offline" when it's re-uploaded?

I think I tried to do this a while back and GMR was showing a different number of "turns taken" than the save file showed...
