This group is for all users of the Giant Multiplayer Robot service.

Giant Multiplayer Robot is a multiplayer service for Sid Meier's Civilization V which handles passing your games' save files from player to player. As this happens, Giant Multiplayer Robot can send you notifications for when it's your turn via the website, email, and/or our desktop app. Giant Multiplayer Robot also provides services not normally available in Civilization V hotseat multiplayer, such as leaving an in-progress game, a customizable turn timer, and mod support.

Minor Desktop App Update

Apologies for the outage earlier this week! We have pushed out an update to the desktop app that makes it hit our server less often, which should reduce the chances of a future outage. We also updated third party libraries to improve security.

Real Tiny Earth game has been running since 21st of September 2016. 7 years and counting...

These games really aren't for the ones who are looking for quick games.

I downloaded the app on my Mac, but it does not work. It gets opened by "Heart of Iron III" and does not ask me a token or anything. What's the problem?

Two of our regulars are leaving and they left behind a bunch of in-progress games. Low player count, high player count, some are very early into the game and some are quite late into the game. lots of variety.
