Hi Folks.. sometimes when its my turn, the city-state messages or the global messages (the yellow circle ones) are in a different language.. For the life of me, I can't figure out how to get it back to english.. it doesn't happen in all games, but some.

Any ideas anyone?

In this round, world congress is still disabled since only 2 people, but I'm re-enabling the espionage since its not so close to an xcom victory... I will create these games today and send them off to admin to tweak for me :) These are Rennaisance starts

on a side note - NullMaster.. anyway you could remove malefici from his game? Else it will remain in my list forever since he seems to have left the site

we seem to have lost malefici.... not responding to messages on the site, and I can't send him a message in steam since he hasn't accepted my friend request. he is playing games though according to his steam profile. I may have to force the game to an end and put PrimEvalCiv as winner if he doesn't come back soon (I'm hoping he sees this message and responds!)

He put himself on vacation on GMR, but vacation isn't working on his game - its not skipping him.

Hi Folks,
There have been a few people asking about espionage for this round. In the game description I mentioned that it is disabled. The reason for this is because one of the biggest complaints about xcom is that they can just drop on the city and its game over. This way, the xcom will not be able to be dropped on the city unless there is a nearby unit that has sight on the tiles near the city. It adds to the difficulty. The way it was before was too much of an advantage for the first player, so this helps balance it out.

Next round of games have been created - I've sent them off to Nullmaster to edit and start them, and then we are underway..

Well - final game in round 3 is over now too..
