Yeah, there was one other player left so I passed the turn to him and then managed to surrender. It worked this time. Not sure if he has been able to surrender though.

Been a while since the game finished. Most everyone has surrendered already, and I've been left as the host. But when I try to surrender as well, the site just gets stuck on the "surrendering..." dialog. Any ideas?
