Some of the suggestions you guys made we've already implemented in one form or another in MR 2.0, others we're planning on implementing in a future release, and some we're still kicking around :)

Yep we've just about got all of our basic functionality in place on the new website. After that we'll be working on Beyond Earth support and better forums integrated on the site. We're planning on opening the new site up for anyone interested in testing it out with us by the end of this weekend.

Using the regular, un-modded game interface, if I click on the Diplomacy icon in the upper-right of the screen and find the other human players under the Civilizations list, there is some red text next to their name which says "Declare War", if clicked it declares war on them.

Yes, you can! In the GMR Client, click on the small gear icon near the top-right of the window and select "Settings..."

Then scroll down in the settings window and you'll find an option allowing you to control if and when GMR will auto-close Civ V.

That's an error I haven't seen before. You could try cleaning emptying the directory:

%userprofile%\AppData\Local\Apps\2.0\

If you have any other applications on your system that were installed via Microsoft's Click Once then they'll need to be reinstalled. But that should allow you to install the GMR Client.
