We have more than 4 friends, we have lots of controllers, now we want more games to play in offline multiplayer!

Do you organize couch multiplayer parties with your friends? Why are we still limited to max 4 players for most local multiplayer games? We want to play all together! In this group we talk about new multiplayer games you can play offline with more than 4 people at the same time: split screen, same screen and more!

I think an easier way is to download and buy rewast (its cheap) and make player 5+ emulate a ps4 or ps3 controller, that way the PC reads those controllers as dinput

I found a different way to be able to play Brawlhalla with 8 controllers (4 Xinput - 4 Dinput). This is a temporary solution since with this method you won't have many legends available to play.

This method consists of downloading a Switch emulator and downloading the game on it with its respective update, preferably adding the shortcut to Steam to start it from there.

Steam Configuration:
- Steam Input On (Xbox)
- Steam Input Enabled in games without compatibility (PlayStation)
- Install extended compatibility (Xbox)
[Within the shortcut settings for your emulator, in the controls section, disable Steam Input]

Now all that remains is to assign the controllers within the emulator. ;]

I reported the bugs to their support mail on Monday, still no response. Hope they will fix it so the elaborate workaround isn’t needed.
