Alert to all citizens in minsk's industro-residential sector, a car bomb has blown up, its estimated it start "Smoking" 20 workers and 2 citizens came, then it blew up taking 10 lifes, injuring 3 and other getting decapitated from either arms or legs or getting burnt which makes 2 more victims.

On the scene arrived 2 militia patrol crusiers, military patrol and a 1st armoured regiment T-70/80 or whatever, after a recovery and Fire engine truck arrived to take care of this mess
