MHW Squads:

You can use this group to search for other Squad Sessions in MHW and join the session without needing to add the player to your friends list.

How multiplayer works:
- Easiest way to connect with friends is by joining the same online session. This way you can play at your own pace for story/expedition content, while also allowing friends to join your party when you leave on a quest.
- When starting a new game, the recommended strategy is to either join an existing friend's session or squad session, and if neither of those are available, then create your own Online Session and make sure that it's set to "Private".
- Also make sure to turn off "Voice Chat" in the settings so you don't hear randoms leaving their microphone open.

Other tips:
- Mess around with the camera settings to see what works for you. It might be helpful to adjust the camera range to "Far" to have a wider view of the field.
